DC offers us a “snapshot” to the beginning of the maxiseries ’52′. 52 is a 52 issue maxiseries, where each issue describes one week of the so called “Missing Year” (or “Lost Year”) in the DC universe. Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman have temporarily retired in this Lost Year, so the comic books of the 52 series focuses on other characters of the DC universe and their interconnections after the Infinity Crises.
